Narindra Engineering Industries had a humble beginning in 1974 when company started its operations by supplying Quality Compliant Tractor parts to M/S Punjab Tractors Ltd (PTL) a tractor manufacturing company. Most of the components were monopoly parts and company enjoyed the monopoly till 1987. The Company then joined hands with M/S Punjab Power Generations Machines Ltd. (PPGML) a Crompton Greaves Group Company and supplied them large number of Components for their hydel-power projects and later supplied them almost all machined components for their range of agricultural pumps and domestic pumps.

Machine Tools Division:

Precision Coordinate Vertical Milling Boring cum Drilling Machines: In 1993 the Company ventured in to Machine building and introduced its 'SANSON' brand range of Precision Bed Type Vertical Milling Boring cum Drilling Machines. Till date the company has sold more than 1000 machines all over India and are running successfully. Various Models are:

  • Fixed Head All Geared Vertical Milling Boring cum Drilling Machine.
  • Swiveling Head All Geared Vertical Milling Boring cum Drilling Machine.
  • Fixed Head Belt Driven Vertical Milling Boring cum Drilling Machine.
  • Swiveling Head Belt Driven Vertical Milling Boring cum Drilling Machine.

Special Purpose Machines: The Company has also developed and manufactured various Special Purpose Machines (SPM's) for International Tractors Ltd. (ITL) a major Tractor manufacturing company in Punjab and its vendors. Few of these machines are listed below:

  • Single Head Boring cum Facing (Radial Facing) and Chamfering Machine for Differential housing.
  • Multi Spindle Drilling Machine (36 and 32 spindles) for Front and Rear End of Differential Housing.
  • Double End Boring Machine for Gear Box Housing.
  • Multi Spindle Face Milling and Drilling Machine.
  • Multi spindle Cam Milling Machine for Brake Disc.
  • Double End Boring Machine for PTO Bore of Differential Housing.
  • Multi Spindle Spot Facing Machine for Brake Disc.
  • Multi Spindle Drilling Machine for Front and Rear End of Gear Box Housing.

Machine Tool Accessories: The Company is also involved in manufacturing of various Machine Tool Accessories.

  • Rotary Indexing Tables (size- 3" to 10").
  • Precision Ground Angle Plates( 3"x 4" to 12"x 24").
  • Tool makers vices (1.75" Jaw opening).
  • Drilling Sockets.
  • Milling machine collets etc.

Precision Machined and Ground Components: Presence of Precision in-house machinery has led the company to get associated with many reputed companies of the region and has been supplying Precision Spares to them. These include: Precision Spur Gears, Helical Gears, Worms and Worm Wheels, Shafts, Couplings for Tube Mills, Textile Machinery, Paper Industry and Allied Industries. The Company is always more than ready to take up any type of Specialised Components manufacturing in Small batches or in Larger Quantities.
